Hello! My name is Colin and I am the Engel & Völkers license partner for The Bahamas. I have been a licensed Bahamas real estate agent since 1996.

It was my love of the islands themselves that initially lured me into real estate. Armed with a pilot license and a PADI instructor rating, my real estate career began exploring all corners of The Bahamas and flying company clients around to view real estate. Along the way, there were regular diving and fishing adventures.

Over the past two decades I have experienced the skyrocketing demand and appreciation in the private island market.  In any economic cycle, islands have held their value and still manage to trade in the worst of financial times.  Some may argue the demand increases during a down market.
